2/ I warrant that I am the sole author and owner of the material and that I have the full right and authorisation to submit it to you free of any obligation or encumbrance to any third party.

3/ I recognise that the material may be similar to, or competitive with material that has or may come to you from other sources, including your own employees and/or principals. I understand that I shall not be entitled to any compensation because of your use of such other similar material and release you and all your employees, permitted assigns and principals from any such claims including copyright and breach of confidentiality on my behalf.

4/ I request that you examine and consider my material and that if you find it has merit and originality, that you contact me and we agree on the total amount of compensation before submitting it to potential purchasers or licensees on my behalf.

5/ I request that if you find the material without merit that you return it to me* or my agent within 90 days of viewing it.

6/ I have retained a copy of the material that I am submitting to you and I release you from any and all liability for loss of or damage thereto.

7/ This agreement constitutes an entire contract under the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any modification, change or waiver must be in writing and signed by both of us. The invalidity of any provision of this agreement is not to affect the remaining provisions.
